The Case Of The Disappeared Wallet - Conclusion
By Cristiano

When Shirley arrived home, she began to think what she could do.
After three hours she understood that the only solution was to convince Bo to advise the police.

So she phoned him and said: “Bo you must advise the police!”
“No, I can't!”, he replied.
“If you won’t denounce those guys –  Shirley threatened – I shall!”

“Okay – Bo answered – I’ll go to the police station tomorrow after school”.

“No, – Shirley replied in a very angry tone – you must go now!”

Bo was very annoyed but said: “Okay” and replaced the receiver.

When Robert Holmes returned home, Shirley went to him and said:
“Dad, I must tell you a very important thing: your wallet, Bo stole it. Some guys blackmailed him, but he has already denounced them.”
Robert was very surprised, but he didn’t say anything.

Next morning, Shirley got up very early, had a small breakfast and left to go to school. She waited for Bo and when she saw him, asked:
“Where are the police?”

“Two plain-clothed policemen are following us”, he replied.
Shirley turned and saw two men. “Good!”, she said.

Near Sussex Academy, Bo told Shirley: “Wait for me here. I’ll enter together with the policemen”. Shirley stopped and Bo continued to walk.

In front of the door there were the two guys. One of them told Bo:
“Give me the $500!”

“Okay”, Bo answered putting his right hand in his right pocket.
He took out $500 and gave it to them. At that moment  the two policemen entered, one of them took a gun from his left pocket and said:
“Stop! You’re under arrest!”

When Shirley arrived home, she went to her father and said:
“Dad, here's your $5,000 back! The police have arrested the two guys who blackmailed Bo”.

“ Thanks – he answered – and tell Bo I’m not angry with him!”
“I will!” she replied, going upstairs.

THE END
