Confide
Maggie and PJ are together. Tom has given them his blessing and Dash, Adam, Chris and Nick dont know yet.
THE STATION
Radio: VKC to Mt Thomas Station
Nick: Mt Thomas Station
Radio: Reports of suspicious behaviour at the Mt. Thomas Hospital, could you please at attend
Nick: Received that VKC, Mt Thomas 208 will attend
Radio: Thankyou Mt Thomas
At that he ordered Dash and Adam to leave, as he didnt really want to go. As Adam didnt want to go either Dash and Maggie left 3 minutes after
the call from VKC came though.
WITHIN THE CAR, AND OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL
On their way to the hospital Dash tried her hardest to find out what was going on between PJ and Maggie. Surprisingly, with Dashs persistence,
worked as Maggie finally gave in and told her some minor details, as it didnt really matter if she knew because the Boss had given PJ and her
permission. Luckily for Maggie, as they were really getting into it they arrived at the hospital:
Dash: Damn, we here. Well continue this conversation latter
Maggie: Will we?
Dr. Zoe Hamilton: Maggie, Dash
Maggie: Hi Zoe, whats the problem
Zoe: Sorry, youve been called out here for no reason.
Maggie: Are you sure theres no problem?
Zoe: Yeah, I am. Wheres Nick?
Dash: Nick, um, hes back at the station
Zoe: Oh,
Maggie: Well, If theres nothing wrong we better be going.
Zoe: Bye then
Dash: Bye
- Dash and Maggie turn around and head back to the car
Dash: So, back to you and PJ
Maggie: Do we have to Dash?
Dash: Well I could always ask PJ
Maggie: Well, Ill answer one more question
Dash: Good, but Ill have to think about this one.
Dash and Maggie get into the car
Dash: Okay then, Ive got it
Maggie: Got what?
Dash: The question
Maggie: Oh yeah,
Dash: Now I know that you two have liked each other for ages, but what did happen in the mine a few months ago?
Maggie goes red
Dash: I think I have my answer
Maggie: You jump to conclusions Dash
Dash: Yeah, but you cant say that this conclusion is wrong can you?
Maggie: Im not answering that!
Radio: Mt Thomas 208, Mt. Thomas Station would like you to turn to channel 3 for a back channel
Maggie: Received that VKC
Maggie switches the Radio Channel to 3
Maggie: Mt. Thomas 208
PJ: Maggie!
Maggie: What do you want PJ?
PJ: Nothing
Maggie: Then why did you call us on a back channel?
PJ: I called you on a back channel to see you how you are, and I also wanted to know what Dashs reaction was?
Maggie: Reaction to what?
PJ: You cant tell me Dash hasnt found out?
Maggie: Oh, yeah, she found out, but she claims shes know for ages
Pause
Maggie: How about Nick and Adam?
PJ: Nick and Adam?
Maggie: PJ
PJ: Oh, them, they dont seem that surprised
Maggie: Yeah, how did you tell them?
PJ: I didnt, they guess, and then they saw me go red.
Maggie: You, Red?
PJ: You know Maggs
Maggie: Oh, I see, well I see you in about 5 minutes
Maggie switches the channel back
For the next 5 minutes Dash just drove, but every time she had a second she would look to her left and give Maggie one of she cheeky grins but
Maggie didnt even notice, she was too busy day dreaming - about PJ.
THE STATION
They finally arrived at the station where PJ was sitting out side by the fence, waiting.
- Dash walks into the station
Dash: Were back
Adam: What do you mean by me? Wheres Maggie?
Dash: Oh, Maggie, shes out, by the the car
Adam: Was PJ waiting for you?
Dash: What do you think?
Adam: I guess that means I owe you that $10 Nick?
Nick: Correct Cooper, hand it over
Dash: You guys had a bet? Next time you may want to include me in it
At this point PJ and Maggie walk in, hand in hand
PJ: Whats this about a bet?
Dash: Um, nothing
PJ: Come on, I may decide that I may play a part in this bet (Reaching for his Wallet)
Nick: You already do! (Laughing)
Maggie: Oh, I see, so whos in this so called bet about?
Dash: Ah, Adam and Nick
Maggie: Guys!
Nick:: I going to get the lunches, coming Adam?
Adam: Yep
Adam reaches for his coat as he jumps up from his seat and lift his feet down from the desk before running after Nick. Maggie and PJ go into the C.I
office. Dash is left alone in the main office
Dash: Well if you dont want my company!
THE IMPERIAL
Adam: Hi Chris
Chris: Ill just get the lunches.
As Chris goes into the kitchen Adam and Nick renew their conversation about Maggie and PJ which they had on the way to The Imperial
Chris: Whats this about Maggie and PJ?
Nick: You dont know yet, do you?
Nick: Know what?
Nick: Ill let Maggie tell you tonight
Adam: Thats if they both come Nick (Smiling)
Chris: Are they?
Nick: Im not saying anymore
After Nick told Chris that she wasnt going to say anymore Chris desperately wanted to know what they were talking about. She had a fair idea and
she thought that it was about Maggie and PJ but she wanted to find out for sure. She finally picked up the phone:
Phone: Bring, Bring
Maggie: Mt. Thomas Police Station, Constable Doyle Speaking
Chris: Hi Maggie
Maggie: Hi Chris
Chris: Um, theres a bit of trouble down here, can you and PJ come down.
Maggie: Sure, 5 minutes
5 minutes past before Maggie and PJ rushed into The Imperial.
PJ: Whats up Chrissy?
Chris: The, um, troublemakers moved on when they heard me speaking to Maggie
PJ: You wouldnt be tricking us, now would you?
Chris: Why would I need to do that, unless?
PJ: Unless what?
Chris: Well Nick and Adam were having this conversation before when they came to get the lunches
PJ: And you happened to listen in?
Chris: Well I couldnt help but hear your names being mentioned
Maggie: That because everyone at the station have found out about us, because
Chris: Dont go any future, I see now
PJ: See what?
Chris: That Maggie has finally found out what youve been telling me, and that youve found out what Maggie told me. You didnt know it, but Ive
been hearing both sides of the story
PJ: You spoke to Chris?
Maggie: Yeah and it seems like you did to
PJ: Yeah, she just said that.
Maggie: I never knew you would confide in someone that much.
PJ: Hang on, I didnt tell her that much (Smiling) and anyway, I think we better be going.
PJ starts to walk out
Maggie: So what did he tell you?
Chris: Go (Waving a tea-towel in her face)
Maggie runs after PJ, reaching for his hand
Maggie: So what did you tell her?
