Scooby Dee, Scooby's film star cousin, is about to star in a remake of an old film. However, strange things begin to happen, when Milo Booth, one of the film stars, now deceased, comes back to life to comdemn the movie. Capturing Scooby Dee, the phantom stops the train at his ghost town, and what follows is a night of mystery as the gang explore Booth's graveyard. Has Scooby Dum.
