BACKGROUND & TRAINING:
Luka was born into French nobility and raised in India. Her mother
died when she was young; her father was in the military and taught her to be a
survivalist. Luka learned hand-to-hand combat, and became skilled in
the martial arts, knife combat, fencing, firearms, etc. She also learned
to make bombs. Her father was a keen strategist in the French militia
and taught her well. Luka was very tomboy-ish growing up. When she was
seventeen, her Father was killed by one of his own servants who had
betrayed him. Enraged, Luka killed the traitorous servant and every other
servant in her father's house whose motives were in question. Following her killiing spree, she was
taken into custody by the Indian government and sentenced to death
(because she was a woman and because she was European, there was little
tolerance for her actions.) She was "rescued" from inevitable death by the
Section.
STRENGTHS:
