1. Stephanie is missing.
2. Jilly guesses she is at Tara's, and find her there thinking she is Tara Wells. She tells Jake that Steph is psychologically in bad shape.
3. Denied a seat on the board, Jake offers to sell back the shares he has bought, but Dennis can't believe he's giving up so easily.
4. Steph agrees to undergo hypnosis to treat her trauma. Jilly is present, and Steph tries to strangle her while in a hypnotic state. The experience snaps her back to reality.
5. Jilly warns Jake not to double cross her.
6. Jilly tells Jake that she's going to Eden that evening, and has a special announcement to make there. Jake tells her that he has his own engagement that evening, as he is meeting Steph at her office at midnight.
7. Phillip announces during a dinner at Eden that he's asked Jilly to marry him again.
8. Jake catches Steph off-guard and kisses her in her office during their midnight meeting. Dan walks in at just that moment...
