EPISODE 10 of 22

1. Jilly finds Phillip's body...and the courier receipt of a tape he sent to Steph, revealing Jilly's true nature. Jilly goes with the consoling Steph to Eden in the hope of retrieving the tape before anyone hears it.
2. Jilly is in luck, and the unopened package is still with the incoming mail. She creates a diversion by going into hysterics, and retrieves the package.
3. Anton, Jake´s lawyer and friend, advises him to get Jilly out of the way. Jake agrees that Jilly is a hot potato, but he wants to keep her close to maintain control over her.
4. Jilly plays the tape. Meanwhile, Dan tries to persuade Stephanie that Phillip had only one reason to commit suicide: Jilly. Steph doesn´t want to hear it and tells him she needs her entire family united, which includes Jilly.
5. Jilly disposes of the tape with Phillip in his coffin, and breathes a sigh of relief. However Phillip's niece, Jessica turns up with a copy of the tape, and demands that Jilly sees her right, in order to maintain her silence. Jessica blames Jilly for a fire that scarred her neck when she was a child.
6. Ahmal agrees to let Steph tell Tom that in fact he is his father. Steph arranges a meeting between them, and leaves them to it. Afterwards, Tom tells Steph that he isn't angry with her anymore. Steph reminisces that she could only hold him a few minutes when he was born and that he gazed at her with his serious blue eyes. But Tom's eyes are now brown, and this convinces him that he isn't in fact her son. He drives to Sarah's place to tell her the news, but she thinks he is clutching straws.
7. Back at Harper Mining, Jake offers Steph an equal share in the company to form a partnership with him. His smirk reveals exactly what sort of partnership he has in mind. Steph is disgusted by his ego, and Jake warns her it is his final offer.
8. Jilly and Cassie clash at Tara's. They accuse each other of involvement in Phillip´s death.
9. Steph visits Bill at the hospital. He tries to convince her that Jilly has been in league with Sanders, and also suggests there is a way of winning Harper Mining back. It will be dangerous, expensive and she could lose everything. It's her decision to make.
10. Jake wants to continue Harper Mining's business with Sheik Ahmal, but he wants nothing to do with a company involving Jake. Jake asks Jilly if she can find a way to get the Sheik on side.
11. At a family dinner at Eden, Steph apologises to the family for everything that has happened in the last few months. Steph admits that she was thinking about fighting to get the company back, but has changed her mind because the realises the family is more important. Dennis assures her he would support her if she decides to fight.
12. Tom wants Bill to tell him about the orphanage where he was found. Bill is frustrated, and just wants Tom to accept the facts, but Tom is determined to prove him wrong.
13. Ahmal tells Steph to start fighting for the company, or else he will buy it for her. She can't accept his offer because of how Dan would feel, and also her pride is at stake. He tells her that he knows she would start to hate herself if she didn't fight. She is a woman who doesn't give up. We see the fire in her eyes.
14. Steph goes to Jake Sanders and informs him that she is going to try to buy back Harper Mining. She knows she will need 51% of shares just to start that process and will have to mortgage everything she owns to get the money. This time it really will be a fight to the death.
