3. Jilly pays off Olive to get rid of her, now their work together is done.

4. Jilly plays the grieving sister at a press conference regarding Steph's disappearance, but she may not be acting.

5. Jake is furious when Jilly tells him Steph killed herself because she believed Dan slept with Jilly, and starts to strangle her.

6. To keep quiet about the assault, Jilly demands a directorship of the company, Sanders Mining, and Jake gives in easily, wanting to have her close to keep an eye on her.

7. Steph appears walking on the beach, along with her "rescuer" Johnno. She had actually rescued him, after he got in trouble trying to "save" her. She had merely been trying to wash away her troubles.

8. They head in search of civilisation, and Johnno suggests that given her troubles, perhaps she should stay "dead", and use it to get back at Jake and Jilly.

9. Tom's had a car accident while rushing back with the news that he isn't Sarah's half-brother, and Rina McMaster begs Dan to treat him.

10. Steph and Johnno finally find a road and a phone box. Steph goes to ring Dan to let him know she's alive...but all she can remember is seeing him in bed with Jilly. She tells Johnno she'll think about his plan.

11. A live snake is substituted for Jilly's breakfast by a mysterious figure. It writhes towards her...
