On a recent backpacking journey through the US, Thue, who is 23 years old, stayed in the heart of L.A. and became a real 'tourist'. He checked out all of the attractions but the one that he enjoyed the most was his trip to Universal Studios in Hollywood.
Being a BIG fan of Back to the Future, it was a great moment for Thue (he nearly cried!)when he was suddenly standing in the middle of Hill Valley. The buildings are the exact same as in the movie so there's still a chance for Spielberg to make BTTF 4! :)
He also went to "The Making of BTTF" show. There he saw the actual DeLorean! There were 3 models of the DeLorean: the very small one (only 40 cm. long but still 3 1/2 times more expensive to build than the big one!), the big one (which has actually never been driven) and finally the cabin of the DeLorean only--fully loaded, including the flux capacitor!
Thue says, "If you are a great BTTF fan then you MUST pay a visit to Universal Studios, Hollywood, for the ultimate experience!"
