The Find

J.R. walked into his office, he had seen John Ross leave just a little bit ago, so he knew that the office would be empty. AS J.R. went to sit in his chair, he was startled.

J.R.'s Chair turned around and J.R. jumped back.

"I wondered when you would come.....daddy"

"Justin?" J.R. asked

"The one and only."

"Well, I don't believe it." J.R. went to the bar to get a drink. "After all this time, you finally came back."

"I thought it was time, sorry I didn't make it to the Reunion." Justin said as he got up.

"So what brings you back to Dallas?" J.R. asked.

"I haven't see you in close to twelve years Dad, I wanted to come back and see you and the family." Justin went up to J. R.

"Well, welcome home son," J. R. hugged Justin, and they both sat down to have a drink.

Charlie sat in her bed room with tears in her eyes. She was holding a picture of her mother when she heard a knock at the door.

"Go away please." Charlie said.

Bobby opened the door and walked inside.

'Charlie, I want to talk to you."

"Bobby, I don't want to talk." Charlie said putting the picture down.

"Honey, I'm sorry, I wish I had known." Bobby sat down on the bed next to Charlie and pulled her closer. Charlie fell into his arms and started to cry.

"All those years she denied me my father..how could she?"

"I don't know, but we know now, and we'll make the best of it." Bobby continued to hold her.

Morning came very quickly at Southfork. Some of the family, like Margrate, Micheal, LeeAnna, Lucy Gary, and Val, had left to go back home. But the rest of the family was still there. J.R. was so excited when he got up. By the time he had gotten home, everyone else was sleeping. J.R. walked down stairs just in time.

"Mr. Ewing," Kate, The EWing maid said. "There is a gentelman here asking for you, he says his name is Justin."

"Great, show him in Kate." J.R. rushed into the dinning room. "Everyone, I have an annoucement." Just that time, Justin walked in. "For those that might have never met him, or that might have forgotten about him, I'd like you to meet, Justin, my third son."

Everyone was quiet. Then John Ross got up.

"Justin? I never thought I would see you agian." John said shaking his hand.

"Well, I'm sorry I've been away for so long, but I'm back and I'm here to stay." Justin had a grin on his face, while John Ross turned his head and knew that there was going to be trouble. James stood up, and went up to his little brother.

"Hi, Justin, I'm James," James shook Justin's hand. "I'm your older brother. it's nice to finally meet you."

"Yeah, James. Mom has talked about you before." Justin said.

"Well I hope it's all good." James said laughing. Justin laughed along with him. Then he sat down with the family to have some breakfast.

Ray and Donna were outside taking in the nice Dallas weather when Bobby walked up.

"Ray, Donna, How you guys doing?"

Well, hey Bob, we're doing pretty good." Ray said.

'Listen Ray, I wanted to talk about last night." Bobby sat down next to his older brother.

"Bobby, I...." Bobby cut Ray off.

"Ray, I don't blame you for not telling. You loved Jenna very much."

"Yes, I did." Ray looked at Donna. "I guess I should have told you after she killed herself. But I just felt like I owed her that much, she had caused so much trouble."

"I know, and I understand. Oh, when did Margaret leave?"

Well," Donna said, "she left yesterday."

"I wanted to see her before she left." Bobby replied.

"She had to get back to Washington." Donna said.

"Yeah, being Vice President, I can understand. Well, I'm off to find my wife. I'll talk to you later."

Bobby walked into Southfork to find Pam.

Sam Starr had walked into the Oil Barons Club to have some lunch with his son.

"Hello, Mr. Starr" Jodee the hostess said."

"Hi, Jodee, is my son here yet?"

"Yes, sir, he's sitting at your table."

Sam walked over to his usally table and sat across from his son.

"Hello Frankie." Sam said.

"Hello father." Frankie said sternly. "John Ross kicked me off of Southfork."

"I knew he would, now for plan two." Sam said.

"I don't know if she will....." Frankie was cut off

"Son, if she loves you, she will." Sam laughed, but Frankie had an unsure look on his face.

Bobby, Betsy, Christopher and John Ross all sat in the Ewing board room.

"Ok, now, we sign these papers, and the deal is sealed." Christopher said, passing papers to all the people in the room.

"Let me get this straight." Bobby said looking over the papers. "CE merges with Ewing Enterprises, Dad will get eight shares, and the four of us, myself, Betsy, Lucy and Molly will get four shares. Right?"

"Thats right," Christopher said. Bobby shook his head in agreement. But Betsy noticed John Ross had a funny look on his face.

"John Ross, Is there something wrong?" Betsy asked.

"No, just lets get this deal done." John Ross signed his papers then walked out of the room.

"Well, I think this deal just made my day." Bobby said. The three of them laughed and finished signing the papers.

Karen and Pamala Rebecca walked into The Store. They hadn't been out shopping together for a long time.

"Karen, I think this is nice." Pamala said, holding up a dress.

"Yeah, but this is...even better," Karen said looking at a short black dress.

The two Ewing wives finsihed their shopping and decided to go get something to eat.

"Come on, Karen, lets cut through the alley" Pamala Rebecca and Karen walked down the alley and then they saw someone walking towrds them.

"Mrs. Ewings?" It was a woman that neither Pamala or Karen hever seen.

"My name is Beth Starr."

"Starr?" Pamala asked.

"Yes, I wander if I might have a moment of your time." The three ladies walked down the alley, so Beth could talk to the Ewing wives.

Megan walked up to a park bench and sat down just like the letter that she recieved said. She sat on the bench for about ten minutes before she saw why she was there.

"Hello Megan." Frankie walked up and sat next to Megan.

"Frankie, what is going on? Why the letter?" Megan asked after she kiss him.

"Megan, I need to talk to you. But this is hard." Frankie looked at the ground.

"It's ok, Frankie, take your time."

"I love you so much Megan, but I can't come inbetween you and your father, I think it would be best if we stopped seeing each other."

"What?!?" Megan looked at Frankie, and held him. "No, I love you, I want to be with you."

"We can't, not unless..."Frankie stopped.

"unless what?" Megan asked

"Unless we get married......."

"Married!? I haven't even thought about.." Frankie stood up.

"Baby, I love you, but unless you're willing to bevome my wife, then it has to be over. Think about it." Frankie walked away, and left Megan sitting on the bench to think.

Bobby and Pam had decided to go to Fort Worth to the cattle action. Bobby hadn't been to one for such a long time, he wasn't sure if he would remember what to do. But they were in luck, Ray and Donna had the same idea.

Well, fancy meetin you here." Ray said as he saw Pam and Bobby walk towards him.

"I guess we had the same idea" Bobby said as he and pam sat down next to Ray.

"You know Bob, I can't belive, out of all the changes in the world. This is still about the same."

"I know, it has been close to One Hundred and Eighty years since Great-Granddaddy Southworth help start the Fort worth Cattle action." Bobby said, as he got a couple of beers from the waiter.

"I didn't know, he had anyting to do with this." Pam responded.

"Oh, yeah, The Southworths has always been big around here, Enoch was one of the ranchers who gathered together other ranchers from all over Texas and made Fort Worth a center for ranching. That is why Southfork has been represented at the yearly Fort Worth cattle auction ever since its formation. "

The four of them sat back and watched the auction just like when they were younger

The Ewing Grandchildren had started their own tradtion a few years ago. The Ewing Pool Party. They always had pool parties, but only once a year did they have one for all their friends, and have a live band. John Willard watched as his sister Jeannie made her way throught the crowd.

"Hi ya bro." Jeannie said. John Willard looked Jeannie up and down.

"Sis, don't ya think you should get a little bit more clothes on?" John was the older of the two, and he was very protective of his little sister.

"I think that my new bikini is a little to big actually." Jeannie said with a smerk. John noticed that none of the guys could take there eyes off her.

"Hey Rossy," Jeannie called after John Ross IV, Rossy was his nick name.

"Hey cuz. Whoa nice suite." Rossy said looking at his cousin.

"Ross," John said. "knock it off"

"Well, to bad she's my cousin." Jeannie and Ross both laughed, they were a months apart and were more like sibblings.

"Hey guys," Chris Jr. Charlies son, walked up to his cousins. "What's goin on?"

"Not much just discussing Jeannie's bathing suite." Ross said looking around. John Willard kept watching all the guys. Jeannie had walked off to mingle. As John looked around, he noticed that she was gone.

"Hey, guys, where's Jeannie?" John asked his two cousins

"I think I saw her go around the corner of the house." Chris said. John walked to the side of the house and saw Jeanie and an older guy by the name of Chad Bradford kissing.

"Hey, Bradford, get away from her." John grabbed ahold of Chads shirt and hit him in the face. Knocking him down. John grabbed Jeannie, and dragged her back to beside of the pool. As he walked beside the pool he was hit in the back.

"Ewing, your asking for it."

John jumped back up and hit Chad again, kncoking him in the pool. Then he jumped in after him. The whole party had stopped and was watching the two fight it out.

"Well, should we stop it?" Ross asked, looking at Chris."

"Why not." They jumped into the pool and pulled John and Chad off of each other.

"Now get out of here bradford!" Chris shouted.

J.R. watched all the excitment from the windows in the den doors. It was a rule that no adults were to be at the party but, they could be in the house. J.R. and Justin were the only two there. They wanted to do some catching up. As J.R. watch Chad get in his car and leave, a smile came across his face.

"Dad?" Justin said. "Whats so funny?"

"Oh, just wacthing the New Era." J.R. made his way back to the couch. "There hasn't been hardly any Ewing parties when at least one person ended up in the pool."

"I wish I could have grown up here." Justin said. leaning back into his chair. Before J.R. could respond to Justins comment Kate walked in.

"Mr. Ewing, there is a telephone call for you." J.R. got up and went to the phone.

"J.R. Ewing here.........Yes, I've heard of you Mr. Clark...........say what?..............Listen, if this is some kind of a joke.............are you sure?............yes, yes, ........my brothers and I will come down first thing.......ok....good bye." J.R. hung up the phone. and Justin came up to him.

"Dad?" J.R. was as pale as a ghost.

"KATE!." J.R. yelled. Kate ran into the den.

"Yes sir?"

"Kate, I want you to find Bobby and Ray, tell them to get here at once."

"Yes, sir." Kate walked out and J.R. looked at Justin.

"Dad, whats wrong?"

"I can't belive it.....They have found....." J.R. had to catch his breath. " They have found my Daddy..."
