Jarod is a Pretender. He has a natural ability at this unlike many of the other pretenders at the Centre. He was taken to the Centre by Mr Fenigor in 1963, stolen from his parents. He escaped as an adult, who tries to help others and learn about his past. Jarod's mother and father may be Charles and Margaret, however they may be his adoptive parents. This couple have a daughter called Emily. Jarod also has a brother named Kyle, who is now deceased, but was turned into a sociopath by the Centre. We aren't sure if Kyle is Charles and Margaret's son either, but Kyle is Jarod's biological brother (same blood type in 'Red Rock Jarod'). A lot of Jarod's life is unknown or questionable.
