Broots is the Computing Specialist helping search for Jarod. He was married, but is now divorced. He has a daughter, Debbie, who he has sole custody of. Despite being frightened of much of the going ons of the Centre, he will help Miss Parker and Sydney by breaking into files and looping security cameras. He doesn't know Jarod well and has only met him a few times.
