Mr Parker is one of the influential members of the Centre. His 'daughter' is Miss Parker and his wife was Catherine Parker. His 'son' is either Mr Lyle or Angelo, however he does not know this. He showed no sympathy to Miss Parker after her mother's death and only speaks to her of Centre business. This left her alienated and striving for his
attention. He will not let Miss Parker leave the Centre
unless she captures Jarod. He constantly lies to everyone and has obviously been involved in some confidential    Centre projects.
