Angelo is an empath at the Centre. He knew both Jarod and Miss Parker as children. He may be Miss Parker's twin brother. His brain was damaged by a treatment from Mr Raines, which Catherine Parker tried to stop. Jarod gave Sydney a formula to reverse this process, but Angelo gave his last injection to Davy Simpkins, a boy who needed it to stop what Mr Raines did to him. Angelo was intended to be a pretender. Being an empath was a mistake. He was used to track Jarod, but meanwhile was sending messages to both Jarod and Kyle (in prison). He always eats Cracker Jacks and used those initials CJ in his letters.
