About my Monkees Obsession -- I've been a dedicated Monkees fan since March of 1997. I first discovered "I'm a Believer" on a compilation CD of mine and then began to watch the TV Show, under the advice of my friend Josh. I've loved the Monkees ever since then! On July 25th, 1998, I attended the Teen Idols Tour Concert at the Nissan Pavalion. Davy was amazing!! Many thanks to my groovy bud E.J. for taking me!! Also, on May 21st 1999, I got to see Peter Tork appear at a small coffeehouse here in my hometown! Yea! What were the odds too? I live in a small town, but, no questions, just YEAS! :) He was absolutely amazing! He played his own instruments (and they said it couldn't be done) and sang and had a duet set with his best bud, James Lee Stanley who also rocked. Peter is amazing wonderful though. I got to meet him and he was so kind. Had wonderful things to say to me and gave me 8 hugs and 3 kisses!! Yes, I counted. :) I'm that obsessed. (Big :))
All my love to one of my best buds, my mom, for taking me to that and accompanying me watching that as well. I love you, mom! I have no favorite amongst the four Monkees though. :)
It's My Life -- A little bit me, my two obsessions in this great big world are (1st and foremost) the Monkees and the TV Show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I enjoy acting, writing, film and TV, music and hanging with my friends in my free time. Hello to my best buds Laura and Emily and Steven (cheeseboy) and howdy to all the rest of you weirdos I hang out with! :) Just teasing. Love to 'ya all. Happiness is Monkee-ness, always remember that. lol :) (couldn't resist) OK, enough cheesiness... (although, to please Steven, chessiness is not at all bad) :) (cheesy poofs)
