Swing

The moment I told Methos I was going to teach him how to "Swing" he gave me the most nervous, shocked, and dumbfounded look I think I have ever seen. I actually made him speechless, which of course made me laugh! But I reassured him that the "Swing" is not as hard as it looks.

Immortals actually have an advantage over others in learning this dance. How you ask, well it has to do with their Quickenings. The powerful lightening and energy going through the immortal causes their bodies to twist, arms to fly, and feet to move. There you go, the basics to swing, you have to keep your body moving and twisting, your arms flying, and your legs constantly moving. The key is to feel the beat and just have fun.
