Texas Two Step
I have to admit, I don't think I could have ever imagined Methos
as a cowboy! But boy he sure can get rowdy at a hoe down now that I'm through
with him!!

First, I had to properly attire him, and he was much obliged to traipse on down
to Baskins with me! Hat, those tight fittin' Wranglers (you know what they say
about those Wrangler butts! ), and of course, you can't two step unless your
wearin' boots. Once he was attired, we journeyed on over to the Dixie
Chicken. Nice little bar and eatin' place they got there but most importantly,
the juke box.

The most important thing Methos had to learn was to not look at his feet while
dancing. It's bad enough that he insisted on counting out loud! But looking
down, you're not paying attention to direction, and with tables and other
dancers, bad idea. Finally, I convinced him to focus on my eyes, and that
nearly did me in. Imagine, staring at those lovely green and gold flecks,
ahhhh, I think I tripped up a couple of times!

At last, he got the hang of it. Sweeping the feet to the left, right, twice to
the left with a little turn, and suddenly he was whirling me around. I tell
you, I think he might have been holdin' out on me, but the experience was
unforgetable!
