~Kaaryn has gone through several name changes in the process of character creating. They include Jade, Oriana and Steph.~
I was inside Jade's body and she crashed a practice session. Mallory thought she was familiar, but since she had distorting gear and a goalie mask, they thought she was a guy. They thought she was really good but couldn't figure it out until Jade did a signiture move and Mal has a flashback: Two girls on a hockey rink on Puckworld. One is Mal, but you can't see the other's face. Then she does the shot Jade just did, and it pans up from her feet and fades to reality halfway, panning up Jade as she takes her helmet off.
After that I think it cut to Mal ad me playing street hockey and then someone (maybe Phil, which does and doesn't make sense) objects to Mal wanting me on the team, and Duke says, "Well, if you'd let 'er on the ice, she could prove it..." Then we had just won a game with me, and I could ACTUALLY SKATE!!! (Jade can of course, she's a Duck; I can't.)
After, it was more like my friends Ryan and Darcy, with my brother, but still MD. Ryan (as Duke) had two patches, and instead of the red dot optical sensor, the whole things looked like pucks! I took the right one off, and he sat up and (in Ryan's voice) said, "You've been buggin' me about that all day!" And then I put it back and took off the left one, and then I was crying at this house in the country because my best friend was moving away.
