" It was a rich experience. I matured a bunch with the new friendships I made, with all the cultural interchange we experienced and with everything we learned from each others; differente ways of thinking, habits, ideas.
The Miss Universe pageant deserves a 10 in terms of organization and production. It is the greatest beauty pageant in the world and have reached this status for recognizing its contestants for their looks, culture, and most of all, intelligence.
Those were unbelievable days. I was able to mantain my independence and represent my country with maximum dignity and austerity. Most importantly, I was able to stress all the positive aspects and qualities of my people.
The Miss Universe title is a dream coveted by 84 countries and their representatives, however, only one can make this dream come true. Nevertheless, we, the ones who did not make that far, gained in terms of experience, motivation, pride and patrotism.
I want to thank those who rooted for me for your love, admiration and respect. I hope you enjoyed reading my impressions and reports during the pageant. It is because of the support of pageant lovers that it is worth fighting for our dreams and goals.
To be Miss Brazil/Universe is the greatest conquest for a Brazilian woman as far as beauty pageants' achievement. To perform this role is a challenge and a gift.
