  The Doug Anthony AllStars wreaked a lot of havoc in the eight years they were together. With cherub faces and angelic voices they captured the heart of a nation, and then proceeded to beat it senseless! No topic too unmentionable, no person too important, they had a joke for everything and did everything for a joke.
  With songs about beastiality, satan, necrophilia, Kylie and Jason (eeewww) it was no wonder that community leaders threw up their arms in disgust, while girls (and boys) threw underwear.
  They were the voice of the youth, crying out to be heard. The conscience of an apethetic country, too busy to care. Role models to the little kiddies..........nah that's crap, they were just good fun!
