Soap hunk Mark Consuelos plays wholesome family man Mateo Santos on “All My Children….but behind the clean-cut image lies a steamy, secret past. Before he got his big break, he was a titillating stripper in a Florida nightclub.
Paula Maguire of Tampa caught him with his G-string showing. “When I saw him on ‘All My Children’, I was convinced I had met him, but I couldn’t place exactly where,” she said. “Then one day I was looking through some old photos and it all came back to me. Mark Consuelos was a stripper at Stingers in North Tampa…that’s where I knew him from!”
Paula and her pals were throwing a going-away party for a girlfriend back in 1994.
“Meaty” Mark Consuelos dominated the strippers’ on stage like he owned it. “He gyrated like a demon in his G-String.”
An insider said “Mark was the most shameless stripper in town.” He knew he had something extra special, that he was going to be a star someday.” “Now he really wants to distance himself from the past.” “Now he wants to be known as the nice and modest family man…and he won’t even take his shirt off on the show.”
