Laura smiled; she cuddled up to Stefan.
"Wow, our children have really grown up. Nikky, our boy, he's a beautiful man now. He and Gia are so happy. I am so happy that he and Lucky became so close. And together, they love their sister Lulu so much.
"When you said yes to my marriage proposal, Laura, you made me the happiest man in the world. Now, I found out that you're carrying my twins, I'll protect you for always." said Stefan.
