This is my hope for the outcome of the following spoiler. Luke, Laura and Stefan all end up on the "Haunted Star".  Luke gets Stefan behind a locked door and keeps him there. Stefan begs Laura to set him free.

First of all Luke overpowering Stefan is so ridiculously hillarious! Stefan would tai chi Lukes butt right over the side and he'd be shark bait! LOL.

Stefan was searching desperately for a way out of the storage room. There were no windows and only the one door which Luke had locked from the outside. In the middle of his rummaging for a tool he sensed her presence.

S Laura? (he barely whispered)

Laura was looking for Luke and heard a commotion coming from the storage room. She gasped. Stefan? she thought to herself.

S Laura, let me out. I can't help you locked in here.

What was he doing here? How did he know she was on the other side of the door? The same way she knew it was him before he spoke. Their connection was still disconcerting to her.

S My God Laura, search your heart. You know I would never have done anything like this to you! I want to help!

The emotions in Laura were boiling! Luke had seen Stefan with Lucky! Was Stefan Helena's accomplice or was he trying to bring Lucky home to her? He's lied before but he'd never done anything to purposely hurt her. Nicholas was his life! Would he have taken away his brother after bringing them all together, after Lucky and Nicholas decided they had enough of the Spencer/Cassadine feud and wanted to BE brothers? And LuLu! God, Stefan would never hurt her little girl in this way! But Luke...Luke's judgement of the Cassadines has always been tainted. He even demanded her give up Nicholas, her own son! She's been reminded of the Luke from days past. The adventurer who let nothing stand in his way, not the law or even the truth.

S Laura you have to trust me! I know Helena better than you or Luke. I can help! Let me out!

Laura walked to the door and put her palm on it. She felt energy surge up her arm to her heart. Stefan's hand was on the other side of the door! It was as if nothing were between them, no door, no doubt, no lies.

S Trust me Laura (he whispered) I love you so much it hurts! Please let me help. (he said as he rested his forehead against the door as well.)

Laura unlocked the door. Stefan opened it just enough to slip out. They came face to face, inches apart. Tears were streaming down Laura's face. How could she have ever thought this of him?

L Find my son (she whispered)

S I will.

Stefan turned to leave but Laura caught his arm. The touch was electric. They looked into each others eyes. Laura stepped forward and kissed him lightly on the lips.

L Be carefull!

Stefan nodded slightly and took off running.

Laura stood there still in a state of shock by the truth which finally screamed its way from her heart. Stefan would bring her son home to her. She had no doubt.

Luke had witnessed the kiss.

Lk Why'd you let him go Laura?

L Bacause he can help. (her back was to him)

Lk You love him don't you Angel?

L Yes, Luke I do.

Lk Do you trust him?

She turned to face him.

L With my life, and Lucky's! (she paused then wiped the tears from her face and said) What do you have planned? Let's move! I want to find my son.
