Scooter was a good guy, I guess.  He was kind of a nerd and got made fun of by Arthur and Yick, they called him immature.  That was mean of them, damn it.  Because on the same token they were spraying each other with water guns!!  Anyway, Scooter sprayed back and became friends with Bartholamew Bond...the icon
