Spike was the school freak...she had the funky hair, as you can see and for some reason wasn't the outcast???  Anyhoo, she had a lot of friends and was popular with the guys, one in particular...Shane.  They dated and then at Lucy's party they had sex and she got pregnant.  Shane wasn't a very big help and didn't give very much.  Spike took pregancy courses and had to take care of an egg as if it was a baby, when she asked Shane to watch it, he didn't do a very good job.  So when she was yelling at him she broke Eggbert (that's what one of the twins named it.)  Then she was kicked out of Degrassi Juniour High because she was a bad influence, the parents said.  She wasn't seen very much until she gotto high school where she was seen, with the baby.  Most of her storylines had to do with the baby until Patrick came along.  Patrick wrote her a song called "Christine."  But that relationship didin't go anywhere.  She tried to go to the semi-formal with Snake but he didn't like her in that way.
