Jezmine:

Jezmine's mother is human named Countess Selene and father is a serpent man named Count Astivus. This made her half serpent. Because of this she sometimes changed to a serpent woman. Before she met Conan she was a circus acrobat. She was raised by the circus people, who saved her when she was kidnapped as a small child. Jezmine is armed with star metal shurikens. She could be controlled by certain artifacts and spells that controlled serpent people. Her shurikens had a spell on them that caused them to return to her when she said "Return." She later shared this spell with Zula.

Janyse Jaud did the voice work for Jezmine.

Prince Zula:

Zula has the unique power to control animals by forming the "Sign of Jhebbel Sag" in the ground. His weapon was initially a bola with star metal balls, but he later had it re-forged into a three-pronged boomerang. As I said earlier, Jezmine also gave him the return spell, so his boomerang responded the same way as her shuriken to "return."

Zula's cousin Gora longs for the crown of Wasai, so he wants to get rid of Zula and Conan (who is the next Wasai prince after Zula, since Conan later became Zula's blood brother). For this purpose Gora secretly came to an agreement with Wrath-Amon. Zula's capture at the hands of Stygian slavers and many other dangerous situations were the result of these plans. Zula did not know of this until "The Stealer of Souls" episode. Zula encountered with princess Azriel, whom Gora intended to marry. She has magic powers of vision and moving things by mental strength.

Snagg:

A barbarian (as strong as Conan) from Vanirmen tribe, which lives at the sea shore. Snagg likes to travel by water. He Often quarrels with Conan, because they grew up in neighboring countries with different culture. Once even a war happened between them. Despite it Snagg and Conan are true friends. Snagg also has star-metal weapon - axe and grapnel. Later he gave his grapnel to make star-metal horseshoes for Thunder, when Thunder saved his life.

Falkenar:

Falkenar has a magical cloak called "Mantle of Wind". When he puts it on he can fly as winged human. Mantle is the family value and serves only to the members of his family, Rasa. This family rules his city. Falkenar has two elder brothers named Ras Chu and Ras Chi, and uncle named Ras Can, and a nephew named Ras Lao. They all can use "mantle of Wind", but he is the only who uses the cloak practically. The family descends from the Erlik Lord of Fire, an ancient hero and god. Falconer can sometimes rule the winds (he cries "Father Wind, fill my wings", when flies up). The Mantle of Wind does not work when using by somebody else, but it's owner can give the ability of ruling it to another person for only one time. In this case he himself loses the gift of flying forever. Falkenar also has a whip with star-metal on the end, and a pet falcon named Stormclaw.

Needle:

A small phoenix, only a hundred years old. Sage Epimetreus told him to accompany Conan. Needle has various talents- he can light the way, does not burn in fire, has mystical knowledge from his ancestors, can change into the phoenix pattern at the any surface (and lives in this form in Conan's shield). Needle loves eating pomegranates. Often times he gets into comical situations. His dream is to become a big phoenix and he is told that he will grow up after doing many good deeds. Needle gives nicknames to all he meets, and sometimes calls them by original names. Conan is called "Big dumb barbarian", Zula-"Tiger prince", Jezmine-"Stargirl", Snagg-"Redbeard", Greywolf-"Grey wizard", Falconer-"Birdman", Stormclaw-"Warrior Bird, Wrath-Amon-"Serpentheaded", and the other Serpent Men-"hissy face".

Thunder:

Thunder was Conan's faithful horse. Both shared a mutual respect for one another, and Thunder even helped Conan using his star-metal horseshoes.

Sasha and Misha:

Sasha and Misha are the brother and sister of Greywolf. They were turned into werewolves after being shot with lycanthros thorns. After it happened, they were each given half a lycanthros flower to reverse the effect, but all it did was domesticate them. They eventually wound up turning human though under the full moon thanks to eating half of another lycanthros flower.

Wrath-Amon:

Wrath-Amon is the evil villain that turned Conan's family to stone, and sent the serpent people already on earth to destroy him.

Scott McNeil did the voice for Wrath-Amon, and is also credited for voice work in King Arthur and The Knights of Justice,  DragonBall Z, and Beast Wars.

Ram-Amon:

An evil Stygian wizard who created Wrath-Amon and possessed the Black Ring before Wrath-Amon. Conan first met him when he ventured into the past, and escaped. Ram-Amon got angry at the failures of his servants and decided to create a most powerful slave for himself. He took an ordinary lizard and changed it into the strong and treacherous creature, just as he wanted. But the new servant was too cunning: he took the Black Ring from his master, imprisoned him, and became Wrath-Amon. Many years later Ram-Amon was set free by Conan. At first he seemed an ally, until his plans discovered: Ram Amon wants to take possession of the Amulet of Vathelos. When Set came, he united with Mesmira against Wrath-Amon and tried to destroy Conan in the last episode. Ram-Amon is a strong wizard even without the Black Ring , in contrast with Wrath-Amon.

Skulkur:

Skulkur was originally a human of Zula's tribe named Sakumbe who studied a voodoo-like magic under their shaman. He was eventually banished and went to Wrath-Amon. He asked Wrath-Amon to give him the power to gain revenge, and Wrath-Amon turned him into a superman. Attacking Zula's village, they used a spell that they often used on enemies to drain the life-force of one into another vessel, leaving the drainee a zombie. However, this malfunctioned on Skulkur thanks to Wrath-Amon's magic, and he became the skeletal creature he is today. He gained the ability to command the dead, as well as being pretty much un-killable (not invincible or indestructible, he could be blown up). He was temporarily restored to life by that same shaman, but he had grown used to the powers he possessed and engineered being transformed back.

Mesmira:

Mesmira is an evil queen of Stygian, and sorceress who battled Conan and company several times. She turned Greywolf's siblings into werewolves, and she wants his staff to further her power. She hates Jezmine, and strives for Conan's affection. At the end of the series, Ram-Amon and her escaped together with the remains of the black ring.

Kathleen Barr did the voice work for Mesmira, along with some other characters of the series.

The Serpent Men:

The Serpent Men are Set's henchmen. They can take the form of humans, but if they got too close to Star Metal, their disguise is ruined and they were revealed as the reptilian beings they truly are. If Star Metal strikes them, then they are sent back to the Abyss, sans clothing, with Set.

Dregs:

Dregs is a Naga, a human sized, fat snake with giant fangs. He always sucks up to which ever evil wizard is in charge (Wrath-Amon or Ram-Amon). He also always tries to get Needle for his diner. One of his main goals was to obtain the black ring, and he did once, when Wrath-Amon needed to return to his lizard form. He disliked the power though, and gave the ring back to Wrath-Amon. At the end of the series Dregs had a huge stone fall on him. It is not known if he survived.

Windfang:

Windfang is a four-armed flying creature who breathes fire created by Wrath-Amon. He was once a General from Koth who fought against Wrath-Amon, but he was captured and transformed into the winged creature, a slave of Wrath-Amon. He cared for Jezmine, she cared for him, but didn’t love him. He terrorized Kusan for a century, so Falconer hated him, even when he became human again. He once stole a spell from Wrath-Amon that would help him become human again. Jezmine helped him become human but he volunteered to become the creature again to save Jezmine from that curse. Windfang also has his own servants known as his dragon servants.

Shavizar:

Shavizar is a magician from Shadizar city, where Conan met Jezmine. He lived in a tower and kept there a magic sapphire "The Star of Transmutation", which could turn one thing into another: rope into dragon, mud into gold and jewels. His form is not true: really he is small and ugly. His servant, a large monkey Tag, guarded the stone, but once it rebelled. Conan and Jezmine vanquished Tag and Shavizar promised to give them the star in gratitude. But he instead lured them into the stone well by the false star and changed the floor into acid by the true star. The star fell down and was destroyed by the acid. It's magic disappeared, the magician turned into his true form, and Conan and Jezmine escaped.

Selena:

Pictured running behind Conan is Jezmine's mother Selena. Her husband, Jezmine's father, is a serpent man. In the picture they are charging into the abyss, the other dimension where Set is and all "slain" serpent men go.

However, he could not calmly observe the conquest of Earth and came to help once again by his own will. He attacked Set himself and perished in combat with him.

Many years before Conan's time, Set ruled the Earth tyrannically. All the Earth magicians at the time united their strength and banished him into another dimension. Set is an evil serpent God who was, for most of the episodes, trapped in the Abyss. His servants, Wrath-Amon and the serpent men, were trying to free him by collecting Starmetal, turning it evil, and creating magical disks. When there were seven pyramids with star-metal discs on the tops of the pyramids, Set was freed from the Abyss. Conan and his friends had to defeat Set in order to save the world.

Azriel:

A princess from Orishala, a country situated on the volcano slopes. She possesses mental strength, which allows her to move things at a distance, foresee dangers, and read thoughts. When she is excited, she cannot control her strength and lifts all things around into the air. Gora intended to marry her to become king and get the power over volcano spirits. Azriel agreed, because this marriage would destroy the curse over her country, as her shaman explained to her, but she did not love Gora. The curse was destroyed, however, with the help of Zula and Conan, so there was no need for the marriage. Zula and Azriel fell in love with each other, but he won't stay with her until Conan ends his quest. She helps Zula and once she even saved his life.

Gora:

Zula's cousin who secretly united with Wrath-Amon to destroy Zula. Gora wants to get the crown of the Wasai for himself. He fights with a crooked mace. His totem animal is jackal (Zula's is the tiger, and Conan's is the lion).

Sakumbe stole magic wand from their chief priest and made his friend Tsadinar the chief priest. In return Tsadinar promised to give him great power, but he used this power against Sakumbe. Sakumbe went to Wrath-Amon, who gave him this strength. When Sakumbe returned for revenge, Tsadinar attacked him with zombie spell, but it malfunctioned thanks to Wrath-Amon's magic, so Sakumbe became Sculkur. One time, Set decided that Wrath-Amon was not very good servant, and Tsadinar may be the better master of Black Ring. Tsadinar began to prepare for a war with Stygia. Wrath-Amon sent Sculkur against Damballa country. Tsadinar transformed Sculkur into Sakumbe again, but Sakumbe managed to escape. With the help of Conan and Zula, who did not know who he is, he defeated Tsadinar and his country, so they could never threaten Wrath-Amon. Then Sakumbe tried to take life energy from Zula, to transform back into Sculkur, but Conan saved Zula, and Sakumbe took the rest energy from Tsadinar.

The spirit of Epimetreus lives in his tomb in the crypt in Galamira mountain. He gave Conan the shield which held Needle, and told the phoenix to follow Conan. Epimetreus is a closest friend to Needle. The spirit gives him advices in difficult situations. Epimetreus is the only one character who also acted in "Conan and the Young Warriors" series.

Awhile after, Jezmine was also accepted membership, and was given the name 'Silent Star'.
