38 SARAH SILCOX born 1860 married James Silcox, a wood dealer of Indianapolis, Ind.
38 IRA HEATH, born 1866 married 1889 to Tressie Hall of Chesterfield, Ind. who died leaving one son and one daughter: Gladys, born 1891 and Ray, born 1893. Ira was injured while in railway service as conductor which required the removal of one shoulder blade and he was awarded $5000 damages and retired and is living at Chesterfield, Ind.
38 CHARLES CLIFFORD HEATH, was born 1848 and 1867 married Melissa A. Modlin. He was only 18 when he was married tho he would not have made a better selection for a wife had he waited until he was thirty. She has been a remarkable mother for his children consisting of three sons and three daughters. Jennie Coon, born 1869 married 1893 to Lewis Coon, a butcher of Brooklyn, Iowa. She died 1902 leaving a daughter, Iowa, born 1894. Etta Leonard, born 1871 married Ed Leonard, a general merchant of Glendive, Montana. They have one son and two daughters: Jay Cecil born 1893, Margerie born 1895 and Grace born 1902. Arthur C. Heath, born 1872 worked on a farm, clerked in a store, served as deputy county auditor and at present is a member of the board of directors and cashier of the First National Bank of Montezuma, Iowa. 1889 he married Blanche Shimer of Brooklyn, Iowa. They have one daughter, Wilma. Arthur is a wheel horse in the M. E. Church. See page 123 for more on Charles Heath.
