Rain, hail, snow and ice
All are different
But when they fall
They become the same water
As the valley stream.
Energy is like snow. An energetic state of Bodymind is like being out on a snowy day. Playing in the snow. Until it melts away. No more snow. The energy is gone. But the water is still there. It will become snow and fall again. Energy is like snow. Snow is water. Water that is allways there.
Don't look for snow. Find water instead.
