Tiffany and I attended. You get to pick a nick name for your ID
badge. Many picked a name of a character from their favorite anime
series. Tiffany became Tarrien. I became Doktada Blacksuit (stupid)
I made up a name and dressed completely in black. Should have worn
my black sunglasses. Oh well.
To register you had to pass through a maze. If you tried taking
skips, security would yell at you and slow you down more. Even if
no one was in the line as you can see here.

Once through the two mazes we got in the main convention floor.
Based on experience in past conventions I'm estimate the crowd
at a minimum of 10,000 people. Many dressed in colorful costumes.
Here are two fan girls. Tiffany felt we should have dressed up.

Down to the fateful X scar. Every anime fan recognizes
Rorouni Kenshin, knight of the Meiji era. Oh ! What luck ! Tiffany
found a vendor selling Chobits ears. Nice fit.
Still, could use something more to fit in better.

Is it the hair ? Is it the flashy red PJs ? Or the really big
sword ? And, like, Oh WOW ! It's Sailor Chobits ? Or is it Chi ?
Tiffany found a boutique and they had an outfit in just her size !

Alas, Princess Zelda ! I've played the game 10,000 times. But I need
help because Ganon is such an, .... ahem. Got any good advice? Or
cheats? Or easter eggs hidden in there?
No young lady, all I do is rule and get kidnapped. My noble knight,
Link, might be able to help. He's around here somewhere trying to
rescue me again.

I have no idea. Bears like honey and picnic baskets. This one is
