Hello, My name is Jennifer Billingsley and I am proprioter of a small distro known as "Tenkgoku no Kisu."  Back in Dec. or Jan. someone from TV-N contacted me in regards to my distroing PGSM.  I beleive the name started with "King," but it has been quite some time.  At that time this person told me that I needed permission to distro, and to please come to the channel here and speak with him.  I e-mailed back and said I was....
