The next information will be registered:

• Last name (with girls the girls name)
• names and birth dates of the parents names (christening) call name
• birth date –place, -time, -length, -weight and declaration
• christening date and –place
• death date and –place, declaration and date of this and possibly the cause of death bury- or cremation date and –place.

Marriage information:

• Publication of the banns
• wedding date, -place and –time as well conventionally as ecclesiastic.
• Separations date and -place

Further:

• addresses list where someone has lived, with years (complete dates)
• occupation, profession with dates
• school with dates
• religion
• e-mail address

Further we collect in every case good like portrait photographs of family members, but also usual photograph’s of occasions that remain kept must. Also (copies of) official documents.

As much as possible information is kept. Everything of which you think that these must be kept for the descendants is registered. On request, information can be registered also completely confidentially. In that case only the administrator of the Family-archive will be informed.
