Gained access to a new one today, (jan-15-01). Talked to the land owner, and he has no problem with us going in.... all he requires is for us to be careful and not get hurt.......this is the way it has been every time we have asked permission to go onto someone's land......The key, is to !! ASK FIRST !! Site C-3 is a pretty good size cave that goes back about 60 foot and turns left. we don't know the distance yet, didn't have any light to go further then the entrance light. The cave seems to have been left un-vandalized due to the lack of damage to the stalactites and stalagmites, also the lack of tracks and the un-disturbed floor. We will be going back tomorrow and will have more info. we will be starting the hunt for relics after the cave is mapped and photo logged. (early spring)
