You Came Into My Life
You came into my life,
You had to turn it upside down.
Now when I look back,
I have to frown.
You never laughed at or with me,
Except to make fun,
Yet, although you did those things,
You were my one and only sun.
You had a way of making me smile,
You were just that way.
I knew you were the one for me,
Until you left me that dreadful day.
Since then I have never been the sma,
My days are filled with gloom.
I pray that you will come back to me,
But that will only seal my doom
