THE RANCH BOWL
SETLIST:
Alright...let's make this quick. Before the show started one band dropped out of the line-up, then The Feds showed up (not the government...the band) and said that they were supposed to be playing. They were cool about it, opened the show at 9:00, and rocked the 25 people who were there. Moonshine went on next. They have three guitar players and a great mellow vibe. They finished their set and we took the stage, opting to open with Run Away instead of closing with it like we usually do.
....deep breath....
At the end of Follow, Paul broke his A-string (who breaks an A-string?) so we changed the setlist and played Sit Down next while Paul changed his string on stage in like two minutes. Ryan yelled. Fun was had. Before we started Betterman, one guy in the crowd was giving Ryan crap about Pearl Jam, but, unphased, Ryan still started the song. The rest of us took a break. Eventually we played a new song that we worked on the afternoon of the show (see Satisfied in the setlist to find out where), and some people said that that song rocked the most...not sure what to make of that. We got to the end of the set, Ryan started our new closer Take Me Back with the wrong rhythm, Tay came in at the wrong time, which caused Paul to come in at the wrong time...we stopped and started the song over. Cheering insued from the 50 or so people that were there. Tay put his shirt back on. We took a picture of the blood on Ryan's guitar.
