POLICE CADET CORPS

Created as a training ground for the "Police Executives of the 21st Century," the Cadet Corps program provides qualified college men and women with a chance to experience the challenges and personal rewards of a leadership career in the NYPD. The Cadet Corps represents a major initiative designed to ensure that future police leaders are both better educated and more representative of the ethnic diversity of the city.
