- This program is geared more towards
   long-term stay caravan parks. However
   there is an option to generate records
   and receipts for short-term stayers also.
- The demo is fully functional, but there is
   a limit on the number of tenants.
- Cost is $US 500 - 7000, depending on
   park size and customisation requirements.
- Customisation is extra - please enquire
- Supports both d/m/yy and m/d/yy date formats.

- If you refer this to another park and they buy

it, you receive 20% of the purchase price.

N.B. Some additional features are included in the paid version, including proper archiving, tenant history checks for each site and a payment report for a group of sites (suitable for tracking payments to a property company).
