Damaged, but not destroyed...

Many homes were damaged, but not destroyed.  We are helping these families with certificates which they can use like cash, but only to buy the rebuilding materials they need at local hardware stores.   The amount that each family receives depends on the extent of damages suffered.  A team of three "inspectors" assures the proper use of the materials received before the family receives their next certificate.  Only four cases of such abuse (selling their materials for cash) have been observed in over 1,300 families.
