The Te Puna Community Library was opened in 1998 and became an Incorporated Society in 1999.

Funding for the Community Library is from member's donations, from grants and sponsorships and from the Western Bay District Council.

 Opening times
    Our Policies - Charges -  Strategic Plan
  • One membership card entitles the card holder to three books or items
  • These are issued for three weeks.
  • If an item or book runs overdue, issues are discontinued until item is returned or renewed
  • No card - no book.
  • If a book is lost or damaged, a replacement cost will be expected.
  • There are no overdue charges.
  • A donation box is on the counter if you wish to contribute to the library.
