NIRVANA
Nirvana is probably the most famous band of the ninties. And Kurt Cobain will always be remembered as a cultural icon. In the early ninties Nirvana produced a rock album that sold more than ten million copies, that album was Nevermind. Far outselling their debut effort: Bleach, they went on to produce two more albums: Incesticide and In Utero. In 1994 Kurt commited suicide. Although he is gone and Nirvana no more he did open up the world to many hard music bands. When labels realized in the early ninties that hard music could be financially successful many hard bands were signed. Check out the multimedia to learn more about Nirvana and Kurt Cobain.
