Maddie's Having Puppies!!!
Well, I said between Christmas and New Years all would come clear, and sure enough, it was totally obvious Boxing Day that puppies are going to be coming.
Maddie is getting very big, and quite tired now, she sleeps a lot, trying to find a comfy place to rest her puffy tummy. I am playing the "how many are in there" game now, and trying not to worry about what's next. She will get her x-ray on the 7th. I am indulging her every whim, but so far, she just wants a soft bed, tummy rubs, and a meal at 10 p.m.
She sure looks funny walking around with her big belly and a perpetually sweet expression on her face. She won't even growl over toys with Gideon right now. I keep telling Peabody she is going to be a grandma, but she is blowing me off. Ha! - Just wait till she sees 'em.
