Three for Tea!
Maddie's x-ray results are in!
Here it is! Maddie's head is the left of frame, and her spine is at the top of the picture. You can see ribbing, and her back legs as well in the shot. The pups are mostly crowded in the bottom of the shot.
There are 3 pups in there, although it is hard to see the third one as he is behind the other two (look dead centre of the mass, and you will see a round skull outline). Look for the little spines as well, and you will see them. A big monster of a pup is foreground, you can even see a full jaw and teeth. He has lots of room on one side, while two are more crowded on the other.
The vet did a quick ultrasound, all the heartbeats are strong, and they are very healthy and very well developed - she said she could see all the organs. Very healthy pups.
Maddie went from 9.1 pounds to weighting 11.3 lbs today. She is due on Tuesday next week, but I am guessing Sunday I will be calling the vet.
