Tia is actually more grey with a small amount of light tan on shoulders and stiffles.
Why the picture makes her look so dark I'm not sure.
Tia is a sweet girl, gentle with children.
Fine with strangers, strange dogs, and cats.
Her herding instinct kicked in rather late (over a year old)
when she put herself between two aussies and a cornered hen.
Although amazingly self-cleaning, she does require regular
grooming. Tia is a very bright girl, but has a few
peculiarities: I have observed her collecting and piling
tiny pebbles. She was also seen taking her
water dish and dumping it in a hole she dug.
She also loves to dig at the pictures in the bottom
of the kiddie pool.
