THE ESL TEACHER COMMENTS

If you read carefully between the lines, you would realize that SMKAM students do not normally have much free time during the day. Not only do they have to attend such a long school hour, they also have to be involved in many co-curricular activities in later parts of the day.

And that's not counting major school events and various state/divisional level competitions carried out in the school (thanks to the facilities that the new school has!) in which the students are expected to chip in and do their part as well!

When they do have some free time during the day, it is mostly taken by extra reading, finishing the homework, and doing their laundry (hand-wash, mind you).
Inspite of this, however, the students are happy and manage to remain both active and alert every day. How do they manage that? I have no idea.
