Pilot Junior Grade, abbreviation: PJG. This is where it all begins. Hours = 0-10. Pay is $2.00 -$2.50 per mile.

Pilot, abbreviation: PT. This signifies that your probationary period is over. Hours = 11-25. Pay is $2.50-$3.00 per mile.

Senior Pilot, abbreviation: SP. You have obtained the hours to hold a management position. Hours = 26-40. Pay is $3.00-$4.50 per mile.

Master Pilot, abbreviation: MP. For more advanced pilots. Hours = 41-60. Pay is $4.50-$6.00.

Senior Master Pilot, abbreviation: SMP. Highest pilot's position in the company. You may also be a Hub Captain's assistant. Hours = 61+. Pay is $6.00+ per mile.

Hub Captain, abbreviation: HC. This position takes care of all daily operations at each hub. HC's are responsible for flights that pilots have cancelled. Must have a minimum of 25 hours. Pay is 35k to 75k per year.

Regional Director, abbreviation: RD. This position is responsible for all the hubs in a particular region. Must have a minimum of 25 hours. Pay is 75k to 150k per year.

Director of..., abbreviation: DO. This position is responsible for a certain aspect of the entire company. This position is dependant on experience rather than hours. Pay is 125k to 250k per year.

Vice President, abbreviation: VP. This position is the assistant to the Chief Operations Officer. The VP is responsible for all daily operations of the company. This position is dependant on experience rather than on hours. Pay is 250k + per year.

Chief Operations Officer, abbreviation: COO. This is the highest position in the company. The COO is reponsible for all daily operations of the company. This position is dependant on experience rather than on hours. Pay is 250k + per year.
