You might be heartened to hear that Mr and Mrs Walker were thrilled with your service. So much so that they even went ahead with another European cruise booking with us even though we were more expensive than another rival cruise agency. They told me that any company that uses such good suppliers overseas deserves to get more business!!!
 
I have never heard that said by any customer in 20 years of tour operating so I wanted to thank you personally for your services. I really appreciate what you are doing over there to look after our guests. It is a great comfort to know that they are in good hands.
 
I even get the team to highlight the transfer to potential guests as a tour enhancement and not just another service to get them from A to B. It isn't easy making a 100 mile round trip sound like a real benefit of booking with us and an interesting aspect of the holiday but this is certainly proving to be the case with your arrangements.
