Many of my poems have received "Editor's Choice", Finalist, Semi-Finalist, and "Honorable Mention" awards. In addition, I wrote my own poetic sales slogans as well as the political motto for a local town council candidate and friend.
I am married to a wonderful lady, who is also my best friend. Together we've raised two grown children. Poetry seems to be an escape for me, a relief, from the every day routine and grind. To date I have written close to three hundred poems and some short stories.

Writing in rhyme is my passion, and it serves as a specific purpose, and a vehicle, allowing me, at least in my mind, to help make this world a better place for us to live in.
