RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping at Tex Star Gifts.  We hope you will enjoy your new purchase.  If for any reason you don't, please send your purchase back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.  There is a 15% restocking charge on returned orders.  Shipping cost and custom or special orders are non-refundable.  Please wrap the item securely and include the reason for your return.  COD returns will not be accepted.    Cancellation of an order should be made within 24 hours of order of initional order.   

SHIPPING & HANDLING

In stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  Sometimes we experience greater demand of an item.  Please expect a 4 to 6 week shipping delay on these items.  We will inform you by email of any delay (if you prefer another way of contact, please inform us).  If an item is discontinued or we have any problems we will also inform you of the changes.  Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped.  Our standard shipping is UPS.  Remember UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.  No refunds on Shipping & Handling on returned orders.   

TEXAS SALES TAX

The state of Texas requires a state sales tax.  Sales tax is only charged on orders delivered in Texas.  Texas residents please add a 7.25% state sales tax to your purchase. 

FURNITURE ORDERS

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks delivery on all furniture orders.  Due to the size and weight of some of the furniture, a freight shipping company will be used for shipping.  If for any reason there is a problem with the shipping time or your order we will inform you by email.
