Tar-Me Siggs:

Expelled for accidentaly destroying the shield generators keeping the water out of his home city during a gang fight. Found by jedi master visiting Naboo. He's a teen gungan. Greenish-bluegungan with a few dark blue and black patches. Redish-brown eyes. Wears a black Han Solo-type vest unzipped with no undershirt. Kinda muscular but not fully ripped. Khaki colored pants torn at the bottom. Black fishy goatee all those gungans have. Orange saber, with an all black hilt except for the very end where the blade comes out is silver. A couple other small silver decorative buttons about in the middle of the hilt.
