Known for their extensive hunting culture, the only bounty hunter onscreen was the late, unlamented Greedo (who apparently shot first). Greeata was a dancing chick, Doda Bodonawedo was a musician, Wald was a normal kid who probably collects comics and two Rodians were a podrace pit crew. God only knows what Beedo used to do in Jabba's court.

So, Rodians are another diverse bunch of sapients. If any of you ever play a one-armed cross-dressing Rodian accountant with a lisp always remember: Never shoot first unless a controversy from the fans is what you want!
