Kuar Davast was part of the Imperial triumvirate that also consisted of Admiral Keever Yaxx and General Kilum Exibil, which launched an attack to conquer the Enteague Sector during the year of the Cloned Emperor. He was an thin, unassuming human with unkempt hair and a body swathed in tattered rags.

He first surfaced when Quan Terral Lefex's new team, the Enteague Intelligence Group was captured by Kilum Exibil's forces on a mining platform on Kendell. They found themselves on the Imperial fortress world of Byss in the Deep Core Region, as prisoners of the Sith Adept Kuar Davast. He got too close to Quan and was struck on the face across the right eye by Quan's Lefex sword. Later the team escaped with help from a Dark Side-influnced Luke Skywalker.

A year later, when Shanna Toarinar arrived on Felgrane City to purchase 72 reconditioned TIE fighters from Novoil Cluster StarGoods she found herself caught in a trap laid by Kuar Davast, who claimed that in order for Luke Skywalker to be a Jedi seven years before he had to kill Darth Vader; therefore for Kuar Davast to elevate his status to Sith Lord, he had to kill the nearest Force-sensitive combatant, which was Shanna.

Kuar fought Shanna, who had her great-grandmother's blue-bladed lightsaber with her. It was an one-sided fight because Kuar's telekinesis was far more developed than Shanna's. Shanna was held up against a wall unmoving by Kuar's mind and was about to be cut in half by his red blade when Shanna's ally, Raru Spunns came to her rescue. Kuar's concentration faltered and Shanna swung her lightsaber, decapitating the Sith Adept.
