Twi'leks are hairless humanoid sapients with a pair of long, thick, fleshy tails coming out from the back of their heads, known as head-tails, brain-tails, tchun-tchin, or more commonly lekku. Hailing from the dry planet Ryloth, Twi'leks can be found anywhere in the galaxy doing any jobs from bureaucrats to artists to fighters to even Jedi, such as the blue and beautiful Aayla Secura, and the yellow and mellow Tott Doneeta who rocked the Great Sith War. Other notable Twi'leks were Bib Fortuna, a big-time Jabba toadie; Oola and Lyn Me, yum-yum dancers; and Orn Free Taa, the Republic Senator from Ryloth, a blue-skinned blimp.

And if somebody can tell me how Nawara Ven of Rogue Squadron was able to put on his helmet despite his lekku I'd die a happy man.
